Shuttle Details
The shuttles have enough space for every wedding guest! Please be on time (or early!) for the pick-up times. Shuttles will pick-up and drop-off from The Village Lodge (1111 Forest Trail Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546). We have included a map and photo of the pick-up and drop-off site below, as well as a detailed schedule for the weekend. Please contact us with any questions!
Friday, July 22 | Welcome Party
Shuttles provided for those staying at Convict Lake Resort. The shuttles will pick-up at the resort at 6:00 pm (following the rehearsal). The shuttles will wait at the Welcome Party, and return you to Convict Lake after the party.
Saturday, July 23 | Wedding Ceremony and After Party
All shuttles to the wedding will depart from The Village Lodge (1111 Forest Trail Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546) at 4:00 pm sharp! The shuttles are not staggered, and will all leave by 4:00 pm. Please be a bit early!
Shuttles will leave Convict Lake for The Village Lodge at 10:00 pm, 11:00 pm, 12:00 am, 1:00 am. The last shuttle out of Convict Lake will leave at 1:00 am.
